Reason: Verification issues
They have frozen my account for 3 weeks and they have requested multiple documents and id with selfies and I have sent all that. As you guys can see they have told me multiple times that there are delays but they reufse to answer or help. I have sent all documents they asked for and gotten it approved but they reguse to verify the account. They just freeze the account and dont let players withdraw or use their accounts. They just keep on telling me to wait, but I never hear back from them as well. It has been like this for weeks, also they never reply on email.
