I have deposited thousand dollars to planet seven and enjoyed playing there have one money but never decided to take it out and ended up losing it well finally I decide to ask for a pay out and everything was approved via their email and it is almost 2 months later and I have not received a dime please help my username is [EDIT] and my email address on file is [EDIT].
