Won and requested 2 - 2500 withdrawals on August 25 2025. Received email with approvals 10 days later that payments will be processed within 7-10 days. I realize both would not process close together . After several weeks i started reaching out weekly and was told it was expedited, we will check on it, it should have been paid, etc. In comparison, I won on Aladdins Gold, cashed out on Sunday and received payment on Wednesday. Bonuses used to be great on Planet 7, but after many years as VIP, the status stripped with zero bonuses now. I would like to get my payouts.

so it's been weeks that i been waiting for my winnings that i withdrawal which was $515 so today i decided to contact customer support to see what was going on just to be told that my withdrawal was denied cause I have multiple accounts which i definitely dont have this is the only account that i have and i told whoever i was talking to that and still i was told that i cant withdrawl my winnings that i won like this is absolutely wrong considering that this is the only account i have ive put money on this casino. i really needed that money and im being told that i cant get my winnings at all is definitely wrong i really would appreciate it if there was something that could be done so I can at least withdrawal my winnings even if it's not the full 500.

I have yet to receive any of my wires. First one delayed was 17/17 for 1250 Niw casino will not directly answer my questions. The moved me out of a VP status to expert. I have 2 other wires now that I am worried about one on 2/12 for $2480 and one on 1/13 for $1160 .

My phone kept glitching when I was trying to submit and good thing because it was then I read the notes about the symbols that are not allowed to be in the notes. Again I apologize if you receive this same complaint more than once. I am a newer player with Planet7 Casino but liked their games and deposited around 300.00 over the first short bit I was with them before finding out the real deal. I got my winnings up and decided to cash out via Bitcoin on April 8 2021. I have done ALL of my deposits and transactions via Bitcoin and figured this would be the quickest way. No such luck. My verification documents were received and approved through their verification service HooYu also on April 8 2021. Just for good measure I decided to email the required documents as well. A few days later I went on the live chat to check the status and was told they had not received my documents. I sent them the screen shot of the email from them confirming that they did in fact receive them on April 8 2021. They asked me to email them Again so I did. Over the last month I have checked in on the live chat almost daily. I had three people tell me that I needed to provide extra Bitcoin verification documents such as holding a local newspaper and my ID next to my face in a picture etc. when I said how bizarre that was they all of a sudden did some more reading on my account and found in fact i did not need to submit those documents. That was the last I heard about that. As of the last two weeks or so I am told everyday by someone different on the Live Chat the same scripted lines, saying they are having it escalated immediately, they have been busy and basically anything to get me to go away. I even had one person tell me that I should have no worries because she was on the side of things that could see and she could see I would get my money within two days. That was well over a week ago. Every time I ask for a supervisor I’m told that there is not one available or to start a new chat and ask again in thirty minutes or they just completely ignore what I am saying all together and keep sending scripted lines and some will even just end the chat. Today I contacted them via live chat again and FINALLY after four hours on the chat where it took me demanding over and over to be connected to a supervisor and four different customer service agents I finally was connected with a supposed supervisor by the name of Jo Murphy. He basically fed me the same lines I had been getting all along. He said he talked to the withdrawal manager directly and to give him 24 hours to get it approved and to get my withdrawal to my Bitcoin wallet address. I confirmed my Bitcoin address had not changed and was the same one they have on file. He said he would email me soon as it was approved. In the middle of my reply to this in which I was explaining why this was not an acceptable or satisfactory answer to me he asked if there was anything else he could help me with and then immediately followed that with Ok thanks for your time with me. Bye. and ended the chat. I could not believe it. That is when I started doing some digging and found you guys. I have had EVERY chat transcript emailed to me and every email I have sent and received from them. I am concerned not only for my 580.00 USD in winnings that are missing and feels like I will never see them but also for the very confidential and identifying documents they now have of mine. I have jumped through every hoop that Planet 7 has made me.....they denied payment by Bitcoin,then denied a draft check. The bank account I had was a joint account so they then denied me again telling me my only option if I wanted to get paid was to open another bank account. Well I opened a bank account solely for receiving my winnings and now Plabet 7 isn't responding to my emails.initial withdrawal request was on 11/3/2020.

I received a $200 chip to play with I achieved the betting requirements and have a pending withdrawal of $500 and I understand that according to the rules of the chip I can only receive $200 which is fine except it has been a month since November 9, 2020 since I requested the withdrawal and it is still in pending. Hello, On 5/17/20 I sent documentation to have my winnings of $7500 wire transferred to my bank. I was to be contacted within 5 business days. I had sent documents once before and got the runaround that the documents were not readable. So, I made sure they were. I did the online security check and followed every rule. I contacted them again and they sent me and email on 6/8/20 stating all my documents were good and I should hear from someone within 5 business days. It is now 07/16/20 and the money is back in the casino as a withdrawable amount. I contacted customer service tonight and once again they said I need to send request the money as a withdraw and resend all documents. On June 30, 2019 I withdrew $2100, net $1858 after bonus was removed. My withdrawal was approved on July 12, 2019. I had requested a withdrawal by wire transfer. (I had been playing with Planet 7 for about 6-7 years and had received both checks and wire transfers to the same bank I requested this time.) I didn't hear from Planet 7 for about a month so I contacted them by email, they replied that I had to fill out a wire transfer form which I did. They wanted a swift code for my bank which it does not have, so I said if it was a problem, they could send me a check. We went back and forth with this, they said they couldn't send a check, I emailed with [EDIT] help@planet7mail and [EDIT] [EDIT] who insisted I needed a swift code (although I had received wire transfers without a swift code in the past) and also told me I could not get a check. I don't understand why they will not send a check! This is so ridiculous. I had been a loyal customer of Planet 7 and spent quite a bit of money over the years. I never had a problem getting a payout before this. I hope you can help me get my money and I appreciate your help.

I’ve been trying to to get paid for a win for 5 months now. I’ve filled out every form and my withdrawal has been approved. They just keep telling me they need more information every time. Now I just talked to them again and they won’t send a check or bank wire to me, because they don’t accept my bank and won’t tell me what banks they do accept. I have a withdrawl I requested late in July and still no payout. I have request in for 2350.00 and 660 of it is bonus. I was expecting roughly 1690.00. Planet 7 has already confirmed documents and wire transfer information as they have confirmed via email to me. Planet 7 is ignoring all emails, livechat and even left me on hold gif 14 minutes before the live cut out then didn’t return my call when I let a msg. The last time they acknowledged me was via email advising they would process my refund but that was 2 weeks ago and now they keep ignoring me. Please help

I have been trying to get my money from them for over a month now, they have blocked me from the live chat option, they will not answer the emails that have been sent or return calls, I have passed the verification process and have emails that state that. Once I passed the verification process I was asked to contact live chat to complete my withdrawal, I was asked for my bank statements and they had no reason to ask for that since I had already passed the verification, once I informed them that I have proof that I passed that, I was blocked and now have no way to contact them to try and get the funds. i have been waiting for a winnings payout from March 4, 2019. I have contacted the casino everyday and I get the runaround. I have submitted verification information numerous times. The casino has done a very good job in the past of getting my money to me in a timely manner. After I went on a winning streak and has several decent size withdrawals they stripped me of being able to use ANY bonus codes and then took over 5 weeks to approve the withdrawals. The withdrawals were approved and to be sent on February 21st and 22nd. I have recieved one so far (which took over a month) and as of this morning on friday March 29th am still waiting for the other one. They have lowered withdrawal limits in one transaction from 2000$ to 750$ and will have admitted in chat that its strictly because I have gotten lucky. I just need my money. There is no reason it should have taken this long sense I have had plenty of other withdrawals from the site and recieved within a week of approval.
