NV Casino - Player’s winnings haven’t been received yet.
The player from Poland had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hadn’t been received yet. We reviewed the complaint and found that the outstanding winnings were not paid before the account was closed, and the remaining balance was later lost through further gambling. As the funds were used for bets and lost, we were unable to recover or refund the winnings.
