Nitro Casino— player complaints: 14 in English

The player from Alberta was accused by the casino of using a VPN or proxy, which led to the confiscation of their winnings. They asserted that they did not use such services and requested the reinstatement of their funds. We asked the casino for supporting evidence, but it only repeated that its internal checks indicated VPN/proxy usage and did not provide the requested technical proof. As a result, we were unable to independently verify the casino’s decision, so the complaint was closed as unresolved.

Avoid. This platform will not give you a win, no matter how much you spend on it. Just a polished money grab scam

I won 100.000k and they have been confiscated my winning. They try everything to don't pay your win.

They are sending me spam to my inbox all the time, I do not recommend them. There is no possibility to avoid it, just annoying unwanted spam.

This site is fraud!! I made a deposit and got my money to account. Made bets, they withdraw that deposit away from my account and said that Trustly has sent my money back! I fought against them for two weeks, NEVER got my money back from Trustly or Nitrocasino. SO BE AWARE! THEY ARE HUSTLERS!

I deposited over 240k to Nitro casino (2020-2022). Mainly, I played 2020-2021. I lost totally 40k. I made large deposits, almost 20k, big bets 20-100 EUR, reversed withdrawals, reinvesting winnings etc. They never asked me that can I handle my gambling. The signs were clear that I can`t handle my gambling. Malta gaming authority demands that the operator must take effective steps to preventing players when alarming behaviour is identified. They said everything was ok, beacuse I used a short cool of-period in august 2022. I requested a refund but they didn`t want refund me anything.

Cheat Casino will give you 600 spins for your $ 10 depositThe most important part is not to be happy with those 600 rolls. Do you know why because he will not give you more than 5 dollars. Hello, i have a complaint with Nitro casino / 21.com. i played while self excluded at nitro casino. i self excluded myself from 21.com a casino which operates under the same licence. Nitro casino confirms that i was playing while self excluded but they state that they were not aware of my gaming problem until i told them while playing at nitro casino. This is not true through self excluding i made i perfectly clear i did not want to gamble if i needed a time out or cooloff i woulde have chosen that option. secondly i played at 21.com while netherlands users were restricted. My claim for a (partial) refund ans conservations with nitro casino did not go very fluent, i have been waiting for months to get some answers (see in the text under this message, even the ADR does not respond so i hope you can help to solve this situation. best regards
