N1 — player complaint #65819, 2018-05-21: account blocks

Hey my name is [EDIT] im a frequent gambler who mostly enjoy slots, I came across this casino called N1casino and it seemed alright seeing that they had 3 welcome bonuses I played through all 3 quite quickly and received a 50% match offer friday the same week. I managed to win 20.000SEK got really excited and started to wager the bonus. Done wagering I requested a withdrawal, 3 hours after the request they mailed me about sending in my documents to verify my identity. After mailing back and forth they told me that my "proof of residence" was older than 90days, This led me searching after another evidence proving where I live. After sending in further evidence proving my residence they wrote back saying that my money had been confiscated due to me violating their rules by creating another account. I know that im the only one in my household gambling. I currently share internet through my phone due to obvious reasons so I know that my IP address is dynamic, which means that my IPs often ain't the same, which means that I must have gotten the same IP address as a player before me. I wrote back to them explaining my situation and I Know I haven't created more than 1 account could anyone please help me get my winnings out!
