N1 — player complaint #64338, 2019-12-11: bonus terms

Good evening dear customer support, I would like to kindly ask you to verify if conpany N1 casino have T&Cs innline with the generic gaming pact or gaming rules. I am questioning part about bonuses where they are stating: deposit funds are being taken first and then bonus funds. Meaning: a) deposit 100 eur and 100 eur is bonus. Balance is 200. In case you loose 50 Eur and decide to cancel bonus, they will return you only 50 EUR B) deposit 100 eur and 100 eur is bonus. Balance is 200. You played, wagered status reached 40% and your balance 1000 eur. In case you decide to cancel bonus, they will take you the whole amount. C) case happened to me. Deposit and bonus the same. Wagering was 60%, balance 59 Eur. Decided to cancel bonus and thought will be able to play with mine 59 eur. They took all funds and dont want to procced with reversal of my action or crediting of my account with such amount I have never ever met with such rule foe bonuses. In each company I used bonuses, they first touch bonuses and then deposit funds. In other words, I would expect that casino would donthe following when cancelling of bonus: a) remove 50 bonus and keep 100 EUR balance b) remove all winnings from bonus and keep 100 EUR balance c) no bonus amount to removed, therefore balance should remain on 59 EUR Thanks for looking into this and your feedback.
