N1 - Responsible Gambling

I wanna file a complaint against N1 VIRAL INTERACTIVE LTD.
On 29/4/20 I send this email to N1 CASINO.

They did close my account as requested but here is the thing.
After this happened I was able to create account on other site under their license with SAME information.
I did fill in exactly same name, birthdate, adress etc and now to the other thing I also deposited with same method on this sites using trustly which means that I have to log in with my mobile bank id.
As far as I know I managed to create account on both Euslot and slotwolf and loss if I am right 750euro it could be more.
Thing is here, if you are under MGA LICENSE, you are obliged to block and prevent a player that have admit he have gambling problems under all your sites under same license. If not done so all losses should be refunded to the player after date he or she admit he have a gambling problem to the license holder.
And here is also another big thing, today I wanted to withdraw to my bank account from slotwolf but then they demand my verification, I send all to them from mobile but they declined few off them and then they reversed my money back into my "gaming" account so I could just log in to play, this made me really scared since I have hard to control myself.
First I demand 1069euro and after they put it back I couldnt hold against and played and lost nearly 400euro so I had 718euro left.
THEN I send them an email with my new documents they request and told THEM THEY have to help me process my withdrawal fast, since I now lost more then I thought and I am really scared too loose the rest because I have hard to control myself and that I feel really bad now.
DESPITE THIS NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
Which led me to continue play and loose it all.
And even more crazy, when I talk to them in chat and try to get them to refund me they after many reasons that my information is not same.
Then I say this is a lie.
Then they say that why I have filled in my birthday wrong.
I said that must be lie but if so maybe one number is wrong but all other information is same so it should be easy to see its me.
I tell them I would like them to send me proof off what I have filled in different on the accounts, then they tell me that they absolutely not need that and will not do it since its their own information?!
Thing is after I am blocked I cant log in my account and see for myself as you understand!
I have all this chat saved between me and them if you want proof off this.
So yeah they have made a BIG mistake here.
They should ofcourse block my name, birthdate,adress, etc from register on any site under their license.
And even more crazy, they did NOT block my ID number on trustly which ALL serious casino does under all their sites under same license after a player admit he have a gambling problem.
They did not do this which made me able to deposit under their sites.
THIS IS SUCH A HUGE MISTAKE FROM THEM!
Blocking my ID number on trustly is the best way for them to block me from playing under their sites because then they can assure I cant log in and deposit since I have to verify me with my own ID number everytime I deposit through trustly.
This is a clear case off a full refund, they have made a big mistake and should as soon as possible refund me all my losses which I am quite sure is 750euro.
They should refund me all my losses after 29/4/20 when I admit I do have a gambling problem.
They have to take action and block my ID number at trustly and all my personal information at all off their sites!
Please help me get my money back since this is a clear mistake by them!
They have exploit me as a gambling addict and take advantage off me.
