N1 - does not apply barring across brand
Somewhere around 2019 I have been playing at N1 Casino as my habit came back for gambling and I took granted for the loss I have been making. At a point I have self-excluded myself indefinetly and on the site of N1 Casino under ‘Responsible Gaming’ states the following: Self-exclusion means that you will be barred from play at all online casinos under the participating licence.
At that point I believed that when I would try to get into gambling again on one of their sites it would block me instantly as how other operators also do it, but unfortunately this did not. I have been able to register myself on Slotwolf, Betamo, Maneki and ParadiseCasino with my own correct information and even got verified at Betamo when I won and tried to make a withdrawal. After this all I looked up at the licence of Betamo, I saw N1 Casino in there also and thought about the self-exclusion I have made to never play again. It feels in my eyes that N1 Interactive has failed to comply with their own information they have stated on the website and allowed even under permanent self-exclusion to make accounts under other casinos at the same brand and make deposits, even after 24 hours my accounts were still available to get access on.
II want to have my deposits refunded after the self-exclusion has been made on N1 under the other casinos of the licencee.
