I recently joined this casino and have issues verifying KYC documents and a few technical problems, viz errors in launching their tournament games. But I found the support staff cordial and helpful. Mr Vegas - Safer gambling failure

I played and after a few problems realised I was on the sister site and was permanently banned. They shouldn't have let me open an account with them. They are saying its not across the brand which I have never heard jin my life. They have palmed me off and palmed me off. Only way to contact them is email or live chat and email they never reply to. Live chat are no help at all.
