Mighty Slots - Don't know when I'll get my payout

My name is [EDIT]. Username [EDIT] @ Mighty Slots casino. I made a withdrawal of 2,000 usd. On March 16, 2016. Sent them all the required identification and filled out forms the same day. Gave it about two weeks till I contacted them by phone and asked them if they knew how long it would take till I get paid. They told me that they can't give me a time frame on when I would get paid. Called them 2-3 times more and got no answer on how long or when I would get paid. It seems like I'll never get paid. Can you please help me!? Thank you, [EDIT]
