UPDATE: This is a misleading public response. Melbet claims they provided a 'solution,' but their so-called solution is to withhold my 5,000 THB deposit by using a fake 'Responsible Gaming' excuse right after I provided my legal Thai ID.They are NOT helping; they are intentionally stalling. I have sent the deposit slip and my official ID multiple times. If you truly care about 'Responsible Gaming' and 'Security,' you should refund the initial deposit to the source immediately instead of locking the funds. Stop the PR talk and return my money
