My account was closed and my winnings are being withheld — no clear explanationMy Melbet account was closed after I had winnings and tried to withdraw my money. I have been trying to resolve this issue for 11 days, but they have not provided me with any clear explanation about why my account was closed or what will happen to my remaining balance.I contacted their support by email several times. Instead of explaining the situation or providing a solution, they told me that if I contacted them again with another question, they would put me on a blacklist and stop responding to me.My account has now been closed/deleted, and I still cannot withdraw my winnings.Melbet Account ID: 1773766915I am asking Melbet to clearly explain the exact reason for closing my account and provide a proper resolution regarding my remaining balance and winnings.
