MelBet Has Withheld My Deposit for 65 Days Without Providing Any Official Evidence or Reasonable Explanation
MelBet Is Holding My 1,000 AZN Deposit for 65 Days – My Real ExperienceI am sharing my personal experience so that other customers can be aware of what may happen when dealing with MelBet.Today marks 65 days since my 1,000 AZN deposit was made on 18 June 2026. Despite providing every possible piece of information requested by MelBet, my money has still not been credited to my account or returned.I provided MelBet with:- Official payment receipt;- Bank account statement;- Payment transaction details;- RRN;- ARN;- AUTH information;- OTP information;- Video recording from the mobile banking application;- Bank account transaction history;- All other documents and information requested by MelBet.After I provided all this evidence, MelBet told me to provide the full card number of the card to which the payment was allegedly transferred.However, the bank informed me that this is a third party's confidential banking information and therefore they cannot provide me with the full card number. The bank only provided the last four digits, 8524, which I forwarded to MelBet.MelBet then claimed that they did not receive the funds.This raises a serious question:Why is MelBet asking me, as a customer, to provide the full confidential banking information of its own payment agent or another third party, instead of obtaining and verifying this information directly through its own payment provider or agent network?I have provided every piece of information that is reasonably available to me. I cannot access or disclose another person's confidential bank card information.Despite this, MelBet continues to withhold my 1,000 AZN and has still not provided a clear and convincing explanation of where my money went.I have preserved all evidence, including bank documents, payment records, emails, live-chat conversations, screenshots and every response provided by MelBet representatives.I am sharing this because it is my real personal experience, not speculation. I want potential customers to know what happened to me and to make their own informed decisions before depositing money with MelBet.65 days. 1,000 AZN. All requested evidence provided.
