Deposit delayed for more than a week
Reason: Delayed payment
It's been over one week that my deposit in the amount of 900 MAD is delayed, I provided all the documents and proofs they asked for even a screen video from my bank. Every time I contact their customers support they tell me to wait 12 hours.Deposit made 25/08/2026Last contact with the support was today 01/09/2026
