Dear AskGamblers Team,I am filing a complaint regarding a bet that has remained unsettled for more than one month, even though the event ended long ago and the result is official and unambiguous.The bet is a winning bet according to the official result (https://www.sofascore.com/el/football/match/ca-atlas-reserve-fenix-reserve/oahcsHerd). Despite this, it still shows as “unsettled,” and the winnings have not been credited. For over a month, they have withheld both my €200 stake and the €182 in winnings. A screenshot of the current bet status is attached.I require the following:Immediate settlement of the bet and payment of the full €382 to my account.A written explanation of the reason for the delay.
