It works percetly when you have to inject funds. But you cannot withdraw. I got verified, got eligible for withdraw. But then when to withdraw, amount allowed is a tiny fraction, and even that cannot be withdrew. I got in touch with the support which would just avoid to answer straight to questions and repeat to refresh the window

I deposited and won some money. Now my withdrawal option doesnt exist as i was 'selected for random check". Ok its fair, but when i sent them all they wanted now they want more, they even want a photo of me with my id in one and some random number on the other hand. Its like they are making fun of me, this looks more and more like a scam. I will change this review if something happens in my favor but im afraid its a scam.

It’s been two months now since my account was locked without any reason. They requested that I submit documents for verification and ever since, nothing has been done. They locked the account with funds inside. Please, if you are in Nigeria or any Africa country, run from Marathonbet because they will lock your account the moment you have funds in it and their support will not respond to you.

Worst live support and company ever. My withdrawal has been pending for over 24 hours and I tried to ask their live chat support for assistance. Their live chat just repeating the same script for asking my security question before they can handle my request, no matter what I said to them that I don’t remember the answer and how to request for re-set the question. What I want from them is to proceed the withdrawal or at least tell me why they are holding it. I just received their email they required me a customer verification ( which I believe I already did all those during account opening), they asked me to upload the documents through the web-site, but that button just doesn’t appear, and couldn’t get any reply from their customer support. They stole money from my bank account By making 7 extra charges from my Visa debit card. 7x 15,52 euros.

This is a pure scam site, please don't use it. First I deposited 50,000 Naira which was never reflected in my betting account and my bank account was debited. I contacted them and they asked for the payment slip which I sent to them, but they still didn't do anything about it. I deposited another 25,000 Naira thinking maybe the first deposit was my bank issue and the fund would be reversed. I traded with the 25,000 Naira and the fund turned 57,000 Naira within 3 days and then tried to withdraw. Only for them to reject my withdrawal and asked me to send my ID, deposit slips, proof of address, which I did. They replied after like 4 days that I should take a pix with my ID in one hand and a 4-digit number they sent to me to be written on paper and hold the two close to my face in the picture, which I also did. They would reject and ask me to take another one and they would reject and they kept rejecting the picture telling me the quality is not good enough and blocking my account. They are thieves and scammers. Don't use them.

I joined only this Friday just gone. I went through the automatic Yuhoo verification where they take a selfie of you, you submit a passport, and also my most recent council tax bill. I got an email to say my account was verified. I played slots on the site and got my balance up to £1322. Before I could withdraw I got a pop up go say my account was suspended. After checking the information I provided regarding my gaming behavior, on October 11, I received a message from the casino that access to my account was restored, and I was also informed about the casino's intention to withhold a payment processing fee. The next day, I turned to the casino for clarification regarding the intention to withhold commission. After all, there were no violations by my side, the verification of my account was completed and access was restored. Later I found that my account balance decreased by $ 382.5 without my participation. I asked the casino to clarify where my funds disappeared. I submitted my passport & bank statement as Proof of ID & Address. But they asked for further documents such as proof of transaction & another ID, so I sent them my betting transaction + official birth certificate.
