After spending on slots and at only 20p to 40p per go, realising I'd put £125 on and got 2 features for that amount of spins it's time to close the account as I don't mind losing but at least make it fair and give the punter some sort of enjoyment. The law of averages would dictate you would get more features. I would advise anyone to stay away from this site.

I started using Marathonbet at the beginning of 2021 and had no problems as long as I was losing. I once won a relatively big amount playing roulette, and when I decided to withdraw part of my winnings, the nightmare began. They asked me to send a copy of my ID again, despite the fact that my account had been verified and I had already made two withdrawals (bank transfers). They then sent me an email saying my account had been verified. One day later, they asked me for a selfie with my ID, saying that my account had been chosen for a random verification process. It took a couple of complaints and around two weeks for them to verify my account. They then sent me an email saying the withdrawal request had been processed, but it’s been two weeks and the money hasn’t appeared in my bank account yet. I’ve sent them several emails and contacted them via the live chat, and they said the payments team will conduct an investigation and contact me whenever they reach a conclusion. I think they’re trying to come up with excuses to keep my money, and I really don’t know what else I can do. It’s been a really annoying experience. Stay away from Marathonbet.

Please do not put any money into this site.I have had £3,000 in there for 4 months, never placed a bet, and always replied with the documents they need. They can take up to a month per email, and always seem to find a reason to require further documents, to keep your money locked in their hands. I gave up 4 weeks ago, and have had a pending withdrawal of £3,000 for that time. I will give them the benefit of doubt of being incompetent and understaffed, but without that, it looks like a scam, to hold your money for as long as they can under the guise of verification checks. This site, amongst many, stands out as a complete disgrace.

Was happy at first with fast withdrawals and best odds. After a couple of weeks I wanted to withdraw £100 (not even in front with them). All of a sudden I was asked for a security check and was asked to provide two photo I'd and another proof of address. I sent my passport, birth certificate, a council tax bill and my photo Id of my support workers badge. I was told I needed another photo Id of either driving license, military id or national id card! As I am not a driver I don't have a driving license I've never been in the military and don't have a national Id card. I explained this when I phoned their head office but to no avail. Interface is really outdated and no promotion for new clients (sports betting). They do have some of the best odds for some markets (they even advertise it), but you won't get to profit from it unless you are a loser overall. Like many reviews said, you will get limited to 0,35$ per market if you start winning even a little bit. I got limited after 11bets (10w-1L) on mostly main markets (NFL) and playing huge favourites. only won 200$.My withdrawal went correctly and without fee.If you were to play with them, I strongly advise to at least roll-over once your bankroll not too late (probably in their AML rules), because you might encounter problem trying to withdraw if they limit you before that, and it might take some time to do with a 0,35$ limit per market.

Hello. My account was blocked because I allegedly use it not for the game. At first, I sure I used the account for the game. I don 't know more ways to use the account at the casino. Besides, what evidence does the casino have to? I want to see it. In the last letter, casino support wrote that they had "reason to believe" there was a breach. The assumption and suspicion is not yet a breach, so it doesn 't give them the right to pick up my winnings. Further, it seems suspicious to me that they block my account when I win a significant amount. I think it 's an attempt not to give me a legitimate win by deceptive means.
