I submitted my passport & bank statement as Proof of ID & Address. But they asked for further documents such as proof of transaction & another ID, so I sent them my betting transaction + official birth certificate. Now they are asking for either military doc or driving licence, I am neither a military person nor drive car, it seems they deliverately making the system difficult so I can't withdraw my money, such an unprofessional & annoying site
