Marathonbet is trapping my money.I was a marathonbet customer, and used my account for several months, but in september 2022 my account was blocked and theys asked for documents for the verification process. I've sent to them 2 months ago, and they never returned me. Every time i try to contact them at the chat, they send me the same email saying "Your Marathonbet account was recently blocked as a part of our standard accounts review process. This review is still ongoing and we apologise for the inconvenience.Thank you for your patience whilst this review continues. We will be in touch with you as soon as it is complete.". but it's been 2 months and i just want to withdraw my money from this booking. neve thought that i was gonna have this disappointment with the booking. Please, if anyone knows how to solve this situation, help me.
