I strongly recommend avoiding Marathonbet.I opened an account after previously using Stake for a long time. Shortly after joining Marathonbet, I placed a $100 bet and won approximately $1,000. Immediately afterward, my account was limited, and withdrawing my winnings became extremely difficult.The verification process was excessive and constantly changing. Marathonbet requested my passport, national ID, utility bill, tax receipts, cryptocurrency wallet information, government documents, and photos of me holding my identification. Even after I provided documents, they repeatedly rejected them or introduced new requirements.For example, they accepted a screenshot and later demanded a physical document. They requested both desktop and mobile screenshots. They also asked for a Binance Web3 Wallet statement of account, even though this type of statement is not available. Every time I complied with one request, they appeared to create another obstacle.After weeks of back-and-forth verification, Marathonbet closed my account and removed approximately $1,000 in winnings. To my knowledge, I did not breach any of their terms or provide false information. When I contacted support about the voided bets and confiscated winnings, I received only repetitive, automated responses rather than a clear explanation supported by evidence.Based on my experience, Marathonbet did everything possible to delay the withdrawal process and ultimately refused to pay my winnings.
