This is a team of scammers. When you win money, they repeatedly throw up verification hurdles for your withdrawals—demanding passports, ID cards, bank statements, proof of personal details for crypto wallets, and even "official statements" from the exchange—only to eventually shut down your account. They are utterly shameless swindlers; do not deposit any money unless you are prepared to see your balance wiped out completely.
