Lucky7even Casino - Player's withdrawal is capped and unclear.

The player from Qatar faced issues withdrawing winnings after using a bonus code, as the casino claimed his winnings were capped at $100. He argued that the bonus offer did not mention withdrawal limits and questioned the casino's claims regarding the connection between his deposit and the Cashback. He sought clarification on the application of the cap to his winnings. We checked the casino’s bonus terms and found that Cashback/Cash Rewards were treated as bonuses with a maximum win/withdrawable limit of 10× the bonus amount, which supported the casino’s position. Later, the complaint was closed because he did not respond to our follow-up questions and requests for evidence, so we were unable to continue the investigation.
