Locowin Casino - Player believes that their withdrawal has been delayed.
The player from Germany had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hadn’t been received yet. He also reported that €650 was deducted from his €800 withdrawal after he had won €2,700 from free-bet winnings and slot play, with the casino citing bonus terms and repeated KYC checks. We asked for clarification and tried to contact the casino for its point of view and records, but no reply was received. As the casino had a long history of no reaction, we closed the complaint as unresolved.
