LeoVegas allowed me to create these accounts, deposit money, and gamble without properly stopping me. After more than four months of investigation, LeoVegas has now told me that my accounts are permanently closed and that they will not refund any of the money I lost. They say this is their “final decision”. I believe this decision is unfair and against gambling regulations. An underage person must not be allowed to gamble, and the operator is responsible for stopping this. Since LeoVegas failed to prevent me from gambling as a minor and even allowed multiple accounts, I believe they are legally required to refund the money I lost while underage.
