I’ve had my Ladbrokes account for one…
I’ve had my Ladbrokes account for one month I made about £100 of deposits and lost them all then yesterday I deposited 600 and won 4800 back when it came time to withdraw Ladbrokes didn’t let me withdraw to my original payment method I withdrew the funds and now they require additional verification which I have sent through. I won this money fair and square deposited it fair and square and still when it comes time to actually withdraw my funds they decide they need to implement extra steps it’s just outragousb

Use Betfred, Betfair and Paddy's. Avoid Ladbrokes at all cost
Avoid! Slow, buggy, with technical failures that when they occur they're epic. Eg, today every settled bet I'd placed this afternoon..just vanished. Disappeared into the ether along with what tiny balance I had achieved. Had to deal with 3 agents as the issue was above their mental capacity-they each blew me off. The last 1 closed the account & smirked as he left. Instead of an apology I get an email from their risk assessment team insinuating I was at fault! Because I have persisted with my complaint they've now banned me permanently 😂 Perfect end to what can only be described as a total lack of care for a customer who has had a Ladbrokes account for 10 years. I see they don't respond here. That should be enough for anyone to understand how they work. Use betfred and betfair..never have issues with them.

Can't give zero stars
Can't give zero stars. Absolute rip off of a company. Games are all rigged, no wins above 30p, when a prize wheel drops, the most ever won is 80p, totally unacceptable. Just spent £30, played 6 games and won a grand total of 98p. I know you can't win them all, but come on....i use 2 other sites and their payouts are more than fair, and a lot higher and often than ladbrokes, their prize drops are alsomore frequent and rewarding. So, overall, a rip off company who advertise non existent winners to suck you in and empty your wallets. I've closed my account and will never use this company ever again. I would advise you do the same

Don't trust them £1:00 bet over 3…
Don't trust them £1:00 bet over 3 favourites to win today in UK races more than 3 won they settled my bet as a loss. First 3 races at Catterick won by the SP Favourite according to Ladbrokes own results infant 7 sp starting favourites won. Apparently Catterick and Kempton are no longer in the UK. Best I mention that in my local ladbrokes bookmajers

Took up the offer to be a new customer…
Took up the offer to be a new customer with £10.00. Bet on Newcastle/ Liverpool betting offer. Bet £1.00 ( site would only let you put maximum of £1.00 on this bet) and if bet won you would receive 10 x £5.00 free bets.Signed up through the promotion, bet came up but not awarded the free bets.Enquired to Ladbrokes as to why these had not been credited and told. This was only avaliable to selected customers.Bad service as if they did not want to honour this promotion they should have told me when trying to open an account.Never again, going to close this account.

Ive been on loads of gambling sites and this one is excellent. They pay out quick. Their free spins dont have to be wagered. They are fair. There customer service is good. You can get through an actual person. Obviously you win, you lose, its gambling. I dont know why they have bad reviews. My experience has been nothing but positive.

Ladbrokes,have usually been good up…
Ladbrokes, have usually been good up until the last 2 weeks. I have been a customer 10 years. Last week getting a cash out, went to cash out only for them to say, certain game not available, when earlier it was. Tonight, both teams to score 7 teams, one void,as postponed. 5 others obliged, one game only played 80 minutes,so therefore game is void otherwise if it states game will only be 80 minutes, then up to the punter ? Ladbrokes deemed the bet loser. I deemed Ladbrokes losers and would never recommend this outfit for punters. I was talking around £60 return which they disagreed, now it’s costing them £30 a week from me. DONT BET WITH LADBROKES

Absolutely shameful site
Absolutely shameful site, put £200 on and not one bonus, not even a feature or anything, this site does not pay out, save your money and go elsewhere, slots are all rigged, if you play kwiff or betway you will see the difference between these sites. I will never use Ladbrokes again, you think oh maybe the first or second deposit was hit and miss maybe you’ll do better on the 3rd, no you don’t do better they just take the money and give you nothing back in return. Months ago had one bonus and won £12…… says it all to me.

Underhand nasty business!
Underhand nasty business! All these casino only want to have you as a customer if you're losing and they're making money! Dare you turn a regular profit and they will restrict all privileges, reduce profits they can control to zero.. no customer service highlight the hypocrisy of to them with proof and they just end the conversation..laws and regulations don't seem nearly enough for these companies they exploit loop holes to make them as much money as they possibly can.. despicable
