Ladbrokes - Complain about no legality of transaction with personal bank account
Hello,
My name is [EDIT]. I would like to write a complaint to the Ladbroke com. No one wants to help me with my problem. 24/01/2017 and 25/01/2017,09/02/2017,10/02/2017 they have transferred the money without my consent from my personal bank account. I would like to know by what right they use my personal card details, if I personally do not even register on this site, never do gambling and did not sing any agreements, any terms and conditions, what I agree to pay for that gambling. I wrote a complain to the Ladbroke.com , but the response has not yet received. Now people are obsessed with these online gambling but how I can protect myself and bank account from it? If the bank does not want to help and online gambling allow people to play with other people's bank cards. I think anyone who plays and has to pay from his personal pocket. I hope for your help and understanding. if you have any questions or need more information you can contact me, please see below.

Ladbrokes - Non payment
My username at Ladbrokes is [EDIT]. My email is [EDIT].
I deposited £500 into the casino claiming their 100% bonus. I ended up winning £2200. When I withdrew I was told I had broken their terms by betting too much. After a closer look I realised I did just about breach it. Although it was pretty harsh of them to apply the rule since most of my bets weren't in breach and the few that were were pretty close. But I guess it was in the terms.
What I found more difficult to accept was that they only gave me back £87.50 of my initial 500 deposit. They refused to pay the rest. I don't think that's fair at all. Any help recovering my deposit would be much appreciated.

Ladbrokes - twisted interpretation of terms
On October 20th I deposited £500 into my Ladbrokes account. Soon after that, 2 promotion offers popped up and offered me to "buy in" 2 bonuses of £100 and £160. I accepted.
I then started playing with £760 of which £500 was my own deposit and £260 bonus money. I limited my slot hand to £70 according to the 30% max bet rule. Later I won and had my winning (of £10750) confiscated. The casino quoted the 30% max bet rule and stated that the bonuses needed to be played one after the other. Namely, even that they gave me the bonuses at the same time and for the same deposit, I must play the first 100 bonus with hands that do not exceed £30 and after finishing the wagering requirement play the second bonus with hands that do not exceed £48.
In my humble opinion, if they do not regards two bonuses of £100 and £160 as a bonus balance of 260, they should not offer and give 2 bonuses at the same time and for the same deposit, giving the customer the wrong impression that the bonus money he/she received consists of £260 .
The 30% max bet is by itself a trap for innocent uninformed players, since the casino could have limited the bet by the software itself and instead chooses to test the player for his comprehensive knowledge of their terms. Adding that twisted interpretation of playing the two bonuses separately is already going too far..

Ladbrokes - wants a second set of notarized documents.
I won 8000 pounds on Ladbrokes, they asked me for my documents, I sent them, they verified them and asked for notarized documents, I sent them all the way to Gibraltar, they verified them, and asked for a second set of verified documents. Wouldn't it be easier if I just went there? What should I do? My username is [EDIT] and you can feel free to ask me or them anything!

Ladbrokes - Non payment
Hi there, not so long back I had to get Notarized I.D for 50gbp in the casino, which was shocking considering it costs more to do than the win. Anyway I got it done as wanted to continue playing with Ladbrokes and since then its all been verified and approved and I have had a really good win in the Sports section of the site. I've called the casino many times and get put on hold for 15-20mins at a time whilst they find someone who can help, but no one is available to assist me. I have requested a withdrawal, they have received all documents, even Notarized documents and I have not been paid in over a week when its usually paid within 24 hours as stated on their site , 6 HOURS if a Neteller deposit , which it was. Its a considerable win and really would like payment. Not sure what else I can do if they are not contactable.
Please Help,

Ladbrokes - Keep an eye on deposits!
Hi Everyone!

I have been a long time customer with Ladbrokes, using their bingo and odds. I have used their casino previously as well, but didn't use it for a while. I accidentally made a deposit into my casino account instead of the gaming account - this started a very long and confusing support conversation. I have previously worked for an iGaming company that uses Microgaming, so I know how the bonus system works.

When I made my deposit into the casino, my casino balance was €0 - meaning there should not be any wagering for my deposit since the bonus wagering for any previous bonuses should be reset.

However, my €35 deposit turned into €23.25 in real cash and a bonus amount of €11.75. I contacted support since I wanted to move it to the gaming account. They told me I could just transfer the funds and ignore the warning that I would lose my bonus. So I did. It only transfered the €23.25 over obviously, but they told me they would look into the bonus issue.

I received an e-mail from support 2 days later, telling me that the bonus was removed since I hadn't met the wagering requirements. I wrote them back saying that it shouldn't have been a bonus to begin with etc. and why €11.75 of my deposit turned into bonus cash. Once again, they gave me that generic answer.

After quite an extensive amount of e-mails and a long explanation from me, they told me that I still had unplayed play through requirements from a bonus that I received in 2010.

So this is a warning to everyone to keep an eye on your deposits turning into bonus cash. I have given up on chasing this, and thank god it was only €11.75 that I lost.
