£500.00 in one machine to get ONE bonus…
£500.00 in one machine to get ONE bonus of £36.00!!! What an absolute joke these FOBT's are nowadays. The usual complete lack of customer care from the staff (I can't remember EVER having someone actually asking me if I can afford it). The sooner these places are wiped off the high street the better!

In my opinion
In my opinion, they should be checked more often; they don't even deliver a 10% return. They are scumbags who cause people to lose their money, and the authorities need to take action against these crooks who get rich through scams.

So slow. When putting on an acca, do it four days in advance. The website must still use windows 98 software. The odds are possibly the worst of all the betting companies. Appalling.

They can close your account for any reason and keep your money.
Beware-their T&Cs state they can close any account for any reason at any time. Other reviews show this tends to happen if you complain about a problem. This happened to me & their response was: We have conducted a standard security check on your account and as a result we have decided to take a business decision to close it permanently. In accordance with our terms and conditions we reserve the right to take this decision which is final. >>Also lost remaining balance. Further contact is ignored.

I betted on a football game and i betted £18.00 on the game to have a draw. The game was marked full time ending on a draw so i won my bet and was going to be getting £29.00. They just sent back £18.00 to my account balance and marked the bet as VOID! When i asked why my bet was Voided? They said they put the wrong returns amount in the bet for a draw so it had to be voided which is ridiculous... since then ive closed down my Ladbrokes account as them at times decide not to allow you to win money.
