The player from New Zealand requested a withdrawal of $230.00 almost two months ago, but despite providing multiple documents and proof of ID, the funds had not been received. He faced repeated delays and the same responses from customer support regarding his withdrawal status. We asked for further details about his account access, bonus use, payment method, and recent casino communication, but no reply was received. Due to the lack of response, we were unable to continue the investigation and the complaint was closed for the moment.

I eventually “won” the free game feature and was excited to see I had “won” $1450.00. Unfortunately that didn’t happen as the money didn’t transfer to my credit balance so I wrote to the company and received Bot answers and they informed me that I had been paid for the win which I had not.
