King Billy Casino - Withdrawal Declined

my withrdawal from the casino has been declined tens of times now with no further explanation i'd like to know what the problem is so i can get my money back to my bank account, the casino itself has not answered in any way or form to my other complaints. If there is something i need to fix on my account i would like to know Why is the only thing i'm getting is Declined and no explanation on why the withdrawal is getting declined getting a little impatient here with all this bulls***
