Reason: Delayed payment
I have been experiencing ongoing issues with withdrawals from this casino for several weeks.I requested two withdrawals: €100 and €70. I was informed that the €70 was cancelled and returned to my balance, while the €100 was supposedly processed and should arrive within 1–2 days.However, the €100 has still not arrived in my bank account after weeks. I have contacted support multiple times and only received repetitive and unclear responses without any real solution.At this point, I no longer trust these explanations. SEPA transfers do not take this long, and no valid proof of payment has been provided.I have previously withdrawn successfully, which makes this situation even more frustrating.I am now requesting a simple and final resolution:Please process and pay out the full amount of €170 in one transaction to my bank account without any further delays or complications.I expect this matter to be resolved immediately.
