Gamblezen Casino - Player’s withdrawal is delayed due to verification issues.
The player from Lithuania was facing issues with her account after attempting to withdraw 500 euros. Despite previously verifying her account, the casino requested further verification and repeatedly rejected her submitted documents. We asked her for more details and supporting communication, but she did not respond to our messages or reminder. As a result, we were unable to continue the investigation and the complaint was closed for now due to lack of response.
