I've been trying to contact Fortunejack since May 1st and no one has responded to a single email, they remain completely silent. I speak to the live chat and they just repeat the same answer: "I have no power to resolve this, respond to the email you received." The problem is that I've already responded several times, every day I send a new email and no one says anything. My money is stuck on this platform. I ask all of you who read here to be careful. From what I've noticed reading the Trustpilot comments, this seems to be a recurring issue with Fortunejack. They refused the KYC that was requested by email for no reason. I've already informed them that if it were necessary I would do the same nonsense. My username is: martelopi
