I've been with FortuneJack since 2021, which makes this experience even more disappointing.They advertise "No KYC," but when I requested a withdrawal, they asked me to complete KYC. I had no problem with that—I submitted my documents immediately, and my account was successfully verified. Even after verification, my withdrawal remained on hold with no confirmation or meaningful update.While my withdrawal was delayed, I kept playing and eventually lost all my funds. Better communication and a faster review could have prevented this.After being a loyal customer since 2021, this is not the treatment I expected. The "No KYC" advertising feels misleading, and the lack of transparency has completely destroyed my trust. I won't be playing here again and cannot recommend this casino.
