I was refused a withdrawal from EnergyCasino.
I work for a sales company and I work in a sex shop as a second job because that is not enough income for me.
I receive my wages in the form of cash hand-outs at the sex shop, so I cannot get a payslip.
I also received a gift of money from a friend, which I used to enjoy gambling with.
However, the casino told me that the cash handover salary and the money given by my friends were not legitimate income.
Therefore, the casino told me to provide additional "legitimate" proof of income.
However, I am unable to provide this as I have no income other than from my business, sex trade and gifts from friends.
I have tried to negotiate with the casino several times, but I have not been able to withdraw my money since last August.
It seems to me that not being able to withdraw my money despite having income is an unreasonable refusal to withdraw.
Please mediate.
