Dublinbet Casino— player complaints: 19 in English

The player from Italy reported that Dublinbet had confiscated €3,065.09, claiming a violation of the €5 maximum bet rule linked to a bonus. However, the player argued that the disputed bets had been made with Real Money, supported by the casino's own transaction records. They requested a full refund of the confiscated funds. After reviewing the provided game history and bonus activation timeline, it was concluded that the bonus conditions applied to the entire balance once the bonus was activated, including the maximum bet restriction. Evidence showed a winning bet placed with the bonus balance, meaning subsequent funds were subject to the bonus rules. Therefore, the confiscation was deemed justified, and the complaint was rejected.

I am reaching out to report unethical and potentially fraudulent practices by Dublin Bet Casino, operated by Mobile Technology Marketing B.V. They have withheld my legitimate winnings of €308,000, earned primarily through Evolution Gaming's platform, specifically on the Football Studio Roulette game. Despite acknowledging the legitimacy of my winnings, they claim "system discrepancies" and have only provided €44,200 as a "goodwill gesture," far below the amount owed. Repeated requests for transparency, external review, or even an explanation of where the funds have gone have been ignored. Additionally, Dublin Bet displays licensing information for Curaçao eGaming and the Gaming Control Board (GCB), but my attempts to resolve the issue through these authorities have raised concerns about the legitimacy of their operations. I believe it is in the best interest of the online gambling community and your platform to investigate and highlight this case to protect other players from similar situations. I am happy to provide further documentation to support my claims. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

They just deleted my withdrawal, said I bet more than 5€ on free spins, when i never did. Pure scam stay away!
