This is a scam. Once you signup, you can't login and access to your account and they will say We were unable to locate an account associated with the email address you provided.. They will ask everything like your id, phone number.

This a scam game not even 50/50 all this is a money maker like rubbing people all game is scam

Don’t waste your time here. DraftKings are scams. They’ll give you bonus on your deposit without your consent. Then only to find out certain casino games you can’t even play. It allowed me to play Baccarat but when I won and tried to withdraw it wouldn’t let me. Why would you let me play a game this doesn’t qualify for bonus money?? There are better gaming sites than these low ballers.

This app is absolutely horrendous, they lock cash outs when its in your favor, and also lock bets totally at random.. the app constantly crashes when the odds change, so you miss placing bets mid game. This app will definitely leave you feeling cheated every chance they get!! Do yourself a favor and find a different app

It’d be a zero star if I could. I’m pretty sure there is fair gaming regulations and this company clearly doesn’t follow. Please don’t waste your time and money here. Go to an actual casino and put 100 on black… or red, either way you’ll have better luck

Absolutely terrible mgm is way better I’ve lost over 1200 in 3 weeks with not even a decent payout I’m definitely deleting this app

Worst app ever the RTP doesn’t exist you have better luck with FanDuel. Save your money. Never in my life I played the same game on FD and make bank with DK I made absolutely nothing they take more out of your the RTP. Going to back to FanDuel once I get the error that was made my account just stay away from this app because you will lose hundreds

I could leave a zero star I would but these people are stealing from it's players. Yesterday my game went full blown crazy....I put $100 in piggy riches magic wand 2 and I made 1 $10 bet and the game started doing fast spins at $10 a bet on its own...I had no control over the game. I tried to get out before my money was gone but wouldn't cut off. I complained to customer service and they claim there was nothing wrong. These people who work for this company can and will interfere with your gaming if they choose to. They can hear you and they can also see you. Make sure they don't have permissions to your camera or speaker or anything other than your location. Very very corrupted.... All of them. I permanently deleted my info and so did my husband. They've been stealing from us for awhile but no more mrfrs

Very much rigged gaming app. I’ve recorded games like match the dealer where when you play low you win but increase your bet and you immediately start to lose.

Big scam what ever you do beware of these scam artists clearly no rtp to player and they claim its random but you can clearly see you never get a base game win and when you got to bonus you cant get a bigger win then 7 dollers on a basic bonus and a double bonus is only about 14 give or take. With returns like that you play for about 3 to 4 mins on a 20 which is not going to bring in any return because the dont even pay a quarter of what you put in to play.

This app could careless about their customers. Horrible promotions and bonuses. When you ask them about it they say you don't qualify. As if you're not gambling. Awful place. I'm going elsewhere

1 Star.DraftKings advertised a promotion, paid part of it, then refused to pay the remaining $75 and wouldn't provide a real explanation why. When I contacted support, I wasn't given evidence, a specific reason, or any meaningful review of my account. Instead, I received a canned response hiding behind language that DraftKings can "suspend, modify, or cancel" promotions at its discretion. Apparently that's their answer when they don't want to explain a decision. The most frustrating part isn't even the $75—it's the complete lack of transparency. If a customer is supposedly ineligible, explain why. Point to the specific rule. Show what happened. Don't send a copy-and-paste paragraph and expect people to accept it.From my experience, DraftKings was happy to advertise the promotion, but when it came time to honor the full value, customer support offered nothing but vague excuses and refused to provide any actual details.Customers deserve better than generic responses, hidden reasoning, and promotional offers that can seemingly disappear without explanation. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about the way DraftKings handles promotional payouts and customer complaints.

I won a 3000.00 contest and before I could withdrawal I was banned for no reason. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and as soon as I hit big I was banned. Stay away

Won $2847 and the casino voided it citing "fraud risk" because I logged in from two different WiFi networks on the same day. No warning, no explanation, just gone. My entire balance was kept as well. Contacted support multiple times and got nowhere - just copy-paste responses with no real answers. I've never experienced anything like this on other platforms. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

They are crooks, they cheat they will take your bet away until the other team starts winning…. Go to bet365 way better and my host was a dumb ass…

They voided one of my bets on a 3 bet parlay after the quarter ended and I won the quarter. Huge thieves and scammers. Never playing in Draftkings again

Straightforward they cheat. Every time I would select a bet to win their app freezes. Every time wanted to cash out their app freezes, but it doesn't freeze when I do not select a winning bet how convenient. I lost a lot of money. I know you can't win them all. I spoke to GKs reps and they seemed to not care. I will not use them again. As much money as they make they didn't even try to give money back. FT

My experience with DraftKings Ontario has been a significant disappointment, marked by predatory "promotions" and questionable gameplay mechanics. While they eventually offer fast withdrawals, the path to getting there is intentionally designed to frustrate. Their recent "50% deposit match" is a prime example of corporate greed. After digging through pages of dense fine print, I realized the bonus was capped at a pathetic $10. To even unlock that small amount, players are forced into a wagering cycle, such as $250 for Blackjack, that is mathematically designed to be lost before you can ever withdraw it. It is an insulting waste of time.Beyond the misleading rewards, the platform is plagued by technical glitches. Promotions frequently disappear from the UI, requiring multiple sessions with support just to find what was promised. My initial sign-up insurance was also handled incorrectly, resulting in an immediate shortfall of funds. To make matters worse, the automated Blackjack feels statistically biased. I watched a $25 deposit turn into $80, only for the software to produce an improbable string of dealer wins that felt designed to aggressively drain my balance the moment I was ahead. In short, DraftKings is a glitchy platform that relies on insulting "bonuses" and biased odds. While they finally sped up my withdrawals after a slow start, it does not make up for a user journey built on bad faith and "hide and seek" rewards. Proceed with extreme caution.

DraftKings and Kevin Hart are TRASH!!! I SPENT 45 MINUTES TRYING TO DEPOSIT MONEY FOR AN EVENT FROM DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS ONLY TO MISS THE EVENT! KEVIN HART IS A TRASH INDIVIDUAL AND SO ARE THE PRODUCTS HE ENDORSES. SCAM TRASH BLINDED BY A BUCK!!!
