DraftKings canceled my withdrawal, locked my account, and continues withholding my money without providing a meaningful explanation.On August 13, I deposited $500 and later requested a $750 withdrawal. DraftKings—not me—canceled that withdrawal. Their own written notice explicitly states that the withdrawal “has been canceled by us.” DraftKings then returned the money to my account, restricted it, and prevented me from accessing it.They requested my bank statement as part of their “review.” I complied. DraftKings then told me they were waiting for the deposit to settle and that this could take up to five business days. That deadline passed. Instead of releasing my money, DraftKings changed its explanation to an indefinite “internal review” and said it could not provide an estimated completion time.Apparently, this level of customer service has earned recognition.DraftKings currently has an **F rating from the Better Business Bureau**. According to its BBB profile, the company has accumulated **1,841 complaints in just the last three years**. Of those, **539 are listed as unanswered and another 12 as unresolved**. The complaints include **571 service-related complaints, 512 product complaints, 406 billing complaints, 149 customer-service complaints, 119 sales/advertising complaints, and 67 order complaints**. The BBB specifically lists DraftKings' failure to respond to hundreds of complaints as a reason for its F rating.So my experience hardly seems to occur in a vacuum.I have repeatedly contacted DraftKings, opened multiple support cases, submitted the requested documentation, filed a formal patron dispute, and contacted Colorado gaming regulators. My account still shows more than $750 in cash that I cannot withdraw. DraftKings has not identified fraud, a prohibited transaction, an account violation, or any other specific reason for withholding my money.This is not a complaint about losing a bet. I did not lose this money. It is sitting in my DraftKings account as cash. I asked to withdraw it, DraftKings canceled the withdrawal themselves, and now they will not let me have it.Perhaps an F rating and nearly 2,000 BBB complaints should tell prospective customers more than any DraftKings advertisement ever could.Depositing money was remarkably easy. Discovering whether DraftKings will actually give it back has been an entirely different experience.I strongly recommend that anyone considering DraftKings review its BBB record before giving this company access to their money.

its impossible to get an ez entrance to the website...i have a member for 4 years and nothing changes..i haven't bet there in 2 years ..came back tonite to see if any better and answer is NO...IF YOU ARE A SERIOUS OR CASUAL BETTOR..RUN FAST FROM THIS DYING COMPANY.

I found a promotion online and it said I would get 500-1000 flex spins for depositing 5 dollars I opted in and put in my 5 dollars and I didn't get anything back no flex spins im chocked I wanted those spins this sucks DraftKings are false advertising to gain customers . Horrible stuff

I referred my friend for promotion he had to spend $5 and he and me get the promotion he did spend the $5 but he never opted in because he was already opted into the promotion that I gave him when he signed up so now they won't honor it and when I signed up to draft kings I had same thing happen to me a year ago.. they refused to help me out..It's a total planned scam straight up..they make 17 million dollars a day and they don't even acknowledge you unless you're a gold number and when you're a gold number you still only get five free spins if you beg them that's what you get that's what you get from this company.. stay so far away from this company I thought melbets casino was bad.. this one is even worse. .that says something

DraftKings has locked my ability to withdraw my money for well over two months now, and dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare. I currently have over $10,000 of my own funds held hostage on their platform.Every time I email their support team to get this resolved, they brush me off with the exact same canned response: "Your account requires us to verify your identity and has been restricted while we review." The issue is that I have already provided all of the required documents, including my ID and bank statements.Despite completely complying with their requests, they refuse to provide any additional information, explain what the hold-up is, or give a date for when I can expect a real reply. It is completely outrageous that a company of this size operates this way.I cannot recommend this platform to anyone. I would highly advise avoiding DraftKings as much as possible, otherwise, they may end up holding your money hostage with zero communication, just like they are doing to mine.If I don't gain the ability to withdraw my own money by the end of this week, I will be filing a formal complaint with my state's gaming regulator.

I haven't won anything worth cashing out on the casino slots in about a year... and i play at least twice a week. It's no way they're legit. They dont even keep it interesting. I've been on draftkings for probably 2 to 3 years. The first year was ok. I won some, lost some....but after that first year its been gradually going down hill. Everytime I try giving them the benefit of the doubt, I continue losing. I think im finally giving up on it for good.

Draft kings is the definition of insane....like me you have absolutely no chance in this casino....after 5 years i would honestly have to say you have less than a 10% chance of being one i repeat one spins worrh up from starting balance thats it oh every now and then they will pay one oe 2 peopke but the 10's of thousands of others?? Draftkings cost me my house. Not because of any gambling activity or losses or anything like that. They are unable to provide a basic financial statement required by a mortgage lender. I was required to provide my lender with one of these statements from Draftkings, but Draftkings was unable to produce one. For that reason my mortgage lender rejected me and I lost my home.Customer service was completely incompetent in my interactions with them. For example, in my interaction with them I sent a detailed list of what I need to satisfy the requirements of the lender (really just a basic financial statement showing that Draftkings sent my withdrawal to the bank account with the last 4 digits of the bank account). Their reply was to provide confirmation that the withdrawal was successful and to contact my bank if I have not received the money.I truly cannot believe that this complete incompetency from Draftkings has now cost me a house. I would actually really appreciate if anyone has any advice on how I might be able to take legal action against them for this. My advice for you is if you are buying a house KEEP DRAFTKINGS OFF YOUR BANK STATEMENTS FOR AT LEAST 4 MONTHS PRIOR.

Terrible. I requested a withdrawal Saturday 8/8 usually my withdrawals hit instant or in a couple minutes at most. It’s now 8/11 and I still do not have my withdrawal. My confirmation page says PROCESSED & at the top it said it arrives <24 hrs. I’ve contact support numerous times. The first agent said UP TO 2 business days. The second agent said 3-5 business days. None could give me an answer if the withdrawal was ever really sent. They’ve escalated my case and I still haven’t heard anything back. I usually have no issues with draftkings but after this I’m done with their shady site for good

I've never been robbed more blindly than with this joke of a site....my god im glad I caught it early on but never have I seen a more rigged casino. I did spend about $250 right down the drain but I never once won more than what my initial deposit was playing casino, like NEVER did I go positive any single time I played. It was 99% losing spins and the odd time I made back about 25% of my deposit just for it to go back to 99% losing spins....such a joke and a scam, complete scam, nothing but a joke where they're the punchline, except they stole the punchline because you know....that's what thieves do!

To start off by making this long story short I won over $400 and try to withdraw and they told me i had a account restriction but prior to this i was winning smaller amounts and able to withdraw money but now that i won this amount the support team haven’t contacted me yet and it’s been over 10 days why haven’t this app been shut down yet i don’t get it

I would've given DK a 3, but they've recently raised their minimum deposit from $5 to $10 so they can make more more money off of players' losses. So, I'm out and done with Draft Kings. Anytime a business drops to below 3 stars IMO, I drop them like a bad habit. They can have the .03 I left on my account for a tip.

I have played this game for a year now I have deposited over $1700 with withdrawals of only $100 dollars they don’t let you win at all after I finally hit the deposit amount of 1500 I won $100 dollars last time I hit 230 was Oct of 2025 so for those has hit big you had to put in at least 10k my friend hit for 22k she never played them again but yet loyal players can’t hit $500 or $600 FanDuel is a little better then draft kings!!!

These guys are all about printing money. They don't really care about you. I play on a regular basis for years and they treat you like a second class citizen because they're just making too much money. They don't care about you go somewhere else. Do not go to these guys.

Appalling Verification NightmareAbsolute privacy invasion and blatant customer harassment. I tried helping my 70-year-old mother sign up for this app, and the onboarding process turned into an insulting bureaucratic nightmare. They demanded her driver's license, social security card, a photo of her literally holding her ID up to her face like a criminal, and full copies of her bank statements.For a company whose entire business model relies on people trying to hand over their money, treating customers and seniors like suspects is completely absurd. It is an absolute joke that management puts paying customers through this level of invasive harassment. With onboarding this hostile, it is genuinely shocking they are still in business. Save your time and stay far away.
