Terrible platform. Used to play daily fantasy in ontario until it was restricted. Returned several years late to a frozen account and a customer service team who just didnt care one bit. Would avoid if i were you.

I know all casino apps are shady but DraftKings is in it's own league..They advertise on there website to opt into every promotion so you dont miss any..So there was a promotion to bet $50 and get 25 spins and then bet $500 get 25 spins..So I bet $500/500 and one the game that I needed to bet $50 for the 25 free spins..Instead they wont honor the 25 free spins even through on that promotion I spent 10x more on that game than needed..And the 25 free spins for the other promotion for betting $500 in total I won $2.70..And DraftKings refuses to honor my $50 promotion..over 900 reviews and 98% are 1 star reviews..makes sence

I tried several times to open and account. Apparently my computer is slow as I could not get their 6 digit numbers before they expired. When I finally got it in time, I began answering their questions such as yearly income, net worth, last four of social. Then it occured to me that they could or would sell that information to who knows. I stopped tight there and said "to hell with them"!

THEY STOLE MY DEPOSIT (only $25!) AND DELETED MY PARLY WIN so I “LOST” above $60. A MUTI-MILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS THAT NEEDS TO STEAL MY MEASLY $60+!

Thank you so very much for making me quit playing with you mofos haha

Burn your money rather than playing here .....keep sucking you dry and no returns

Every time you're about to win on DraftKings no matter what the contest or the bet they find a way to cheat you out of it it is the app will glitch or one of the rules wasn't followed somehow by you of course never their fault this casino is a scam

This company bought Jackpocket and didn’t communicate to Jackpocket users and blocked everyone out from logging in to their accounts while “change password” option never even sent an email to change it, then sent a check with your Jackpocket balance instead of just fixing THEIR problem they caused. What a joke

Just dont play in this casino drafkings? or crapkings? i been working on to advance my silver tier to gold tier just to have request a simple bonus. Imagine when I was in Silver Tier I been asking them for any bonus you know what they say ONLY GOLD, DIAMOND and ONXY are allowed to them for "EXCLUSIVE BONUS" so I make my self to climb for GOLD TIER just to asked them for bonus to feel im a VIP player. I lost lots of money to reach this CRAP GOLDTIER they just gave me 25 crown for more than 5digits number of money i lost. They think 25crown will make me feel the great for reaching GOLD TIER? and this casino bragging different factor like rocket, wagering bonus, those are your standard promotion. everybody can access to it. EXCLUSIVE BONUS that you can from thier "CUSTOMER SERVICE" or "HELPER" apperrently not helping at all so rude, luck of emphaty for player where they just gonna close chat from you when you ask anything from them.Don't even try to spend time, money and effort if you looking for a casino with a good benefits even you lose or win this DRAFTKING have a worst REWARD SYSTEM, PROMOTION SYSTEM, EVEN A LOSE BACK SYSTEM OR WHAT THEY CALLING ( WEEKLY BONUS REWARD)Taking about this (WEEKLY BONUS REWARD) this is a benifts when you lose money from previews week. they will give you crown money when you lose but you needed to be1, SILVER or higher tier 2, you lose your deposit money......................................................wait wait you think that simple?3. you needed to have atleast make 100 tier points to get rewarded. meaning atleast you wager 1000 dollars or lose 1000 dollars. to get the 25 crown coins.whoever design this method very greedy.let say you lose 999 dollars in instant ohh well nothing you can do about it. so find better casino instead with good benifits and customer services.

The games are rigged for this app. It’s horrible that they are able to get away with what they are doing. Whether, it’s blackjack, match the dealer, or live blackjack. I understand house edge, however when you play low you seem to win. The moment you build a bit of confidence and increase your bet, you will lose every hand. Interestingly, I played match the dealer and there were zero matches and I won only 3 hands out of 25. Avoid at all times.

They will block your account at the drop of a hat and insist you jump through hoops to restore it. Even when they find no unusual activity occurred. Then customer service is extremely unhelpful. Good luck talking to a human being. They will communicate with you anonymously through your email because you won't be able to log back in to their app. I still can't access the funds i had in my account with them. Ripp off!! Stay away unless you want to suddenly one day lose access to your account and your money!!!

I had been locked out of my account because it said there was suspicious activity. They said I needed to upload my ID and verify my bank account. The bank account listed was not one of mine and I kept telling them I could get a statement to an account that doesn't belong to me. They kept sending me in a circle of information. They said my account was compromised so they had me reset my password then I uploaded my id and then they would say that was under review, but then when I try to follow up they kept telling me to give bank account information for the account that wasn't mine. Maybe they're a good service but it was so messed up that it wasn't worth the headache.

I tried to sign up to this online casino. It said I looked familiar even though nobody in my household has a draftking membership. Nothing no one has ever signed up in my household. I've never signed up ever. It gave me the wrong email the wrong phone number but it gave me the option to be able to update my new email and my new phone number so I tried I got in. When I tried to deposit money they locked my account. I've been waiting close to a month to hear back from them to see if I could make an account. I've heard nothing. It's been crickets. But I've read the reviews since coming on here and I'm actually glad that I didn't get a membership to DraftKings online casino. But a lot of your reviews are from the states. I see why they've now moved into Alberta Canada. Hopefully it's a little more regulated here in Canada than it was in the states but still. I don't even know if I care to have a membership with this online casino. If what the reviews from the states are saying that this is a corrupt online casino. I don't know. I haven't heard anything. Maybe that's a good thing. I think I'll stay away

Like everyone else here....draftkings is plainly visibly rigged by corrupt thieves.....that is a given now.....a brick n mortar casino based on the same outcomes as draftkings would never survive before people would stop coming.....after 4 plus years its time the state of michigan revokes several licenses of these platforms....simple reason that these sites are truly not regulated like brick n mortar and nothing said will convince me otherwise.....at worse the need to regulate sportsbooks/casino.....you should have the ability to shut down the apos casino and just play sports....why they dont is another corrupt way to take your money....in closing its just a matter of time before someone totally loses it with this nonstop thieving corruption that uhhhh....they make the evening news!!!!

If I could give DraftKings 0stars I would! If your VIP or premier stay away! DK sucks compared to any other betting site. There app only works when it’s convenient and when you win the app slows down for live bets.Dk is a POS. Go anywhere but dk for FairPlay! They are crooks

After 400 dollars , these mofos didnt even give me one bonus. These guys are shameful at a different level hahaa where they dont even have any self respect left . Atleast pay back to the customers who runs ur tainted business dude.....bless up

The casino seems to be rigged. The slot machines always take your money. They just keep losing on every bet continuously.
