The issue is that the operator had real-time knowledge that a vulnerable player was asking to be blocked, yet gambling access remained available during that period. Additionally, there is no instant self-exclusion or emergency lock feature available to users, meaning players must rely entirely on manual support intervention while their account remains active. I am requesting reimbursement of the 1,750 USDC lost after my explicit self-exclusion request, as these losses occurred while I was actively asking the operator to intervene and prevent further harm.
