The player from the United Kingdom had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hadn’t been processed yet. We explained that withdrawals could take several days or weeks, often due to KYC verification or a high volume of requests, and asked him to wait at least 14 days. As he did not respond to our follow-up messages and reminder, the complaint was then closed due to lack of cooperation.
