It’s a scam. I’ve been waiting 340 days to withdraw $55 and every time I ask for it they ask if I wanna trade it for credit. I say no and then they ask for my wallet. And say in 24 hours you should get it. Well I’ve sent them my bitcoins wallet to many times. Yes my account is verified and what not.

I have asked for my winnings for over a month. I have submitted all required documentation. The customer service is automated and always gives the excuse that it will be ready soon. Would hate to report this site. I’ll take this post down once my funds are in my account. User: Chrisri0905

Whenever I win on Coinbets777, I never have any issues cashing out my winnings.  I received 5 successful cash outs.  Although, I am still down around $4000. I deposited another $495 into Coinbets777, and turned that into $2655. This time, the casino is not honoring the cash out.      For my $495 deposit, I used the promotion called “High Roller Heaven”. This gives me a 600% boost on my deposit. The rules of the promotion are:  Wager 33x(deposit  + bonus), Max Cash out is 11x the deposit, minimum withdrawal is [deposit + (bonus x .2)], max bonus of $3000, and slots only. Throughout this entire process, I have carefully read, adhered and followed the bonus rules and the terms and conditions of the casino. It took me 2 weeks to hit the wagering requirements, which was over $114,000.  I was hoping for an easy cashout, I was wrong.     After hitting my wagering requirements, the casino immediately gave me problems. Only $250 out of my $2400 balance is requested because if I try to withdraw more, I will get a message that says “payout canceled by external systems validations”. I messaged support about it, and they refused to allow me to request more. I soon found out why. David Jackson, the casino manager, promised to quickly withdraw the $250 I requested. However, right before he processed it, he hit me with a bombshell. He will only process it if I bring my entire $2400 balance to $0. First off, I deposited $495, this is less money than I even deposited, and I WON. The bonus rules made it very clear that the max cashout is 11x the deposit. Since I deposited $495, my max cashout should be $5445, not $250. Every time I complain to David about it, he will not budge. He insists that I must lose my entire balance. I have asked him why countless times, and he will not respond.  It says nothing like this anywhere in the terms of service or bonus rules.  Even if Coinbets777 cashes out my entire balance, the casino will still be in profit from me because I have lost around $4000 on this site.  If there is anything anyone can do, I would very appreciate it. 

coinbets777 seems to be a rogue casino. $500 Withdrawal pending for several months, and no one ever replies to email or livechat.  Never received any communications from them except their automated marketing emails.

Hello,  Casino username: Con*** i recently completed the 25 free chip and done wagering, I was informed to deposit another 25 and then I would be able to withdraw. i deposited via crypto and started the withdrawal of the max that was allowed through this promo which was 25, I asked the support if I have to withdraw the full 50 or I could keep the deposited 25 to play with which they said I am fine to keep it in and play it as a normal deposit. I used my deposit and ended up winning so went to withdraw whoever was advised I needed to competed verifcation whis is fine, I sent my documents in to specified email on Thursday and was advised 24 hours, I have checked in twice now and both times just advised flagged with finance with no explanation.
