I have been waiting for days for a withdrawal which has for some reason been declined I’ve spoken on chat live I’ve emailed over 24 hours of no response

They are messing my mate about. He won 6k like 5 days ago and has sent exactly what they have asked for about 50 times at this stage. Everytime he does that they ask they move the goal post and make another excuse. Everytime he opens a chat on a fresh day they also pretend they dont have any record of previous chats. DO NOT USE THIS SITE ITS A COMPLETE SCAM AVOID..... IF THERES NO MONEY IN HIS BANK BY THE END OF TODAY I'LL TAKE LEGAL ACTION ON HIS BEHALF YOU HEAR ME CASUMO?

Poor customer service, emailed twice as advised by you on here and still no reply. All for a missing 5.00 win on one of your umo board promos. Discusting.

Verification should take place before you are allowed to play, not when you make a withdrawal, or at least try. I was told 2 days ago verification would take a few hours, told the same yesterday, but told today it would be 72 hours, and only then will things be escalated after 72 hours have passed. Awful, wish I’d read the reviews before I deposited in good faith.

CASUMO THIEVES!!After my first review. They replied to me once 7 weeks ago…. I haven’t heard from them since!!!!£3,100 outstanding from Janaury 2025. 19 months of chasing to get answers! They told lies to eCorga that i had not provided the adeuqate documents. They sent fake transaction ID's claiming the transaction was sent to me although was not successful. Fraudulent business. No respect to even reply. I have not had a reply after contacing them now 17 times via email. Have to now pursue through a small claims court to receive the funds or at least put this to bed!! AVOID THIS BUSINESS.. They just ignore you via email and do not reply at all! AVOID. I left a negative review at the end of July, which warranted a reply from Casumo. I replied immediately.. since then, i have heard nothing back. 19 months waiting on a payment to be made!!....

I’ve been waiting three days for my account verification; support tells me they’ll notify me when it’s resolved, but there’s been no change, and I’m still waiting for my funds. It’s unfair—they don’t ask for any documents to deposit money, yet to withdraw it, they insist on verifying your details. It’s unbelievable.

I’ve been waiting for the return of my funds now for 3 days I deposited £30 and then my account was no longer able to access. I have spoken to various customer service representatives and been told the same thing over and over again! Really disappointed

So it’s now been 24/25 days and I’ve still not recieved my £275 even though myApple Pay method fully verified and got told by 2 agents on here in response to my previous reviews to send an email “ TRUSTPILOT” and guess what to no surprise at all I did not recover a reponse and after connecting with others with the same issue was told this just moves my case further down the Que and I’ve been already told il be waiting another 8 weeks this is outrageous please don’t put yourself through this stress just to get your winnings

Had multiple problems with cashouts, have now asked them to close my account, but still awaiting a small withdrawal, requested on the 18th of August, have emailed heycasumo twice and not even a reply, the live chat staff are usually very friendly and down to earth but whe. It comes to paying out they are just told to repeat themselves and advise the payment will be with your shortly and are team are working hard to get this sorted for you, the most annoying thing is no reply at all via email after emailed their customer support

Signed up and loved my experience up until the play okay pop up came up blocking all access to the site. No option to withdraw my winnings. I’ve emailed with no response. I’d like to withdraw what is in my account and no one is helping me!

Made a withdrawal last Friday, was told on the live chat on Monday that is was a failed withdrawal, been fobbed off all week being told it takes up to 72 hours to resolve, today I’m being told there is no timeframe on failed withdrawals.. it’s been a week and I’m no closer to knowing why it failed or when I will receive it. I’ve never known anything like it. I’ve since made smaller withdrawals which have gone through fine. Then to see people on here have been waiting weeks. The live chat needs improving, they skirt around your questions, don’t give direct answers. Absolutely shocking customer service.
