AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Now coming up to 20 days no withdrawal of my held funds of £275 told I’ll be made a priority also been told to email and in the email reply told I’ll have to wait another 8 weeks even though I have deposited and withdrawn since through my updated and verified Apple Pay method but they are still holding my £275 winnings and now have no faith in the company to receive my funds unless I go to court as just going in circles on live chat

I have tried to withdraw money from my account and now the money is not in my Casumo account or my bank account

Slow process i submits all my verification 11 days ago and now still on pending to review , Every time i went to the live chat asking for an update the team always repeating the same answer (we will notify you soon as it done) it been 11 days no update i even sent a emails no one reply , also my withdrawal is been hold because your guy not reviewing my documents

CASUMO THIEVES!!£3,100 outstanding from Janaury 2025. 19 months of chasing to get answers! They told lies to eCorga that i had not provided the adeuqate documents. They sent fake transaction ID's claiming the transaction was sent to me although was not successful. Fraudulent business. No respect to even reply. I have not had a reply after contacing them now 17 times via email. Have to now pursue through a small claims court to receive the funds or at least put this to bed!! AVOID THIS BUSINESS.. They just ignore you via email and do not reply at all! AVOID. I left a negative review at the end of July, which warranted a reply from Casumo. I replied immediately.. since then, i have heard nothing back. 19 months waiting on a payment to be made!!....

Hi so I lost my bank cards and had to update my cards on the account so I done this and over a period of time won £275 when I’ve tried to withdraw this was told to verify my account which got accepted and then was told my banks rejecting the payment so will be done by bank transfer waited a further 7 days with no update so I decided to add an apple method and made a deposit won some money and withdrew and that worked within minutes but my £275 was still pending and they was told by IVY if I verify this method it will be send through there once verified still no withdrawal same message from live chat and it’s now 16 days without getting my £275 which has gone against there terms and conditions and policy and the gambling ombudsman has confirmed this is unacceptable CPI-4556

Update: I followed Casumo’s instructions and emailed them with “Trustpilot” in the subject, as requested on Friday August 2026. I still haven’t received a response.I’ll keep this review updated with what actually happens and whether Casumo follows through on what they’re saying.
