Extremely frustrating verification process — I walked awayI previously left positive reviews for this casino because, at the time, I had a good experience. Unfortunately, my recent experience completely changed my opinion.I had funds available to withdraw, including money that had originated from a bonus and had subsequently become real cash. When I attempted to resolve the withdrawal, I was asked to complete verification.I provided my passport for identity verification. For proof of address, I provided a mobile phone bill, which they rejected. I then provided an internet bill showing my name and address, and that was rejected as well. I was then asked to provide a bank statement.This is where I decided to draw the line. I am not comfortable providing a bank statement when I had already provided government-issued identification and documents showing my name and address. I did not want to disclose additional financial information simply because the documents I provided were apparently not acceptable to them.I spent approximately two hours on live chat trying to get answers. I kept being told that my verification was still pending, that it was being reviewed, or that additional documentation was required. It felt like the process was going nowhere and that the requirements kept changing.Eventually, I decided that the stress was simply not worth it. I told them to cancel everything, close my account/file, and keep the $200CAD plus rather than continue providing more personal information and dealing with an endless verification process.What makes this especially disappointing is that I have used other casinos where verification was straightforward. My husband recently went through verification with another casino after winning a significantly larger amount, and the process was handled without anything remotely resembling this level of difficulty.I had previously given this casino positive reviews, and I genuinely regret not paying more attention to the negative reviews I had seen. I have £770 withdrawal pending and £600 locked in my account . My account was locked after withdrawal and ask for verification and after successfully verified still my account is locked . I have waited 2 week already and still got no reply from email . I have already email saying Trustpilot also and got no reply . I know people working at gambling commission and I think this is time to take the action since there was no response from chat and emails . 3 days ago a withdrawal was held back and the next day another one, no one via the chat can give me answers to why, bank account was verified, service received is absolutely appalling and very unprofessional. Played and won £700. Withdrawal was locked and varification started. Took so long to get varified and eventually got email saying varified. Withdrawal still pending and told with another team and this is normal as they are doing an account review. Email 24 hours later after keep chasing and account closed for my well being apparently! Messaged and now apparently the withdrawal is with another team and il hear back soon! This has been going on for 2 weeks. Deposited £1000 and was instantly locked out of my account with the reason 'random security checks' live chat told me this is normal, I requested my deposit back and got told this would take 3 days, it's been 40 days and no one has replied to my emails and live chat goes in circles saying my case is with the relevant team. Total scam site. Reported to the gambling commission over breaches to fair and open gaming. Avoid at all cost!

Don’t use this site. They will take your money and won’t pay you out if you win. Their site states 3-5 working days for payouts and we are at 2 weeks and they still haven’t released any funds. This is a scam. If you have used them and haven’t received your winnings yet. Raise a scam claim with your bank, mass report to gambling commission and raise a claim with Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as they are not responding to customers email, the claim will be picked up quicker from them. I have loss too much playing here and I try to withdraw my remaining amount and my withdrawal was rejected after waiting 4 days . And I have to submit documents .my account is locked and Still I haven’t received my withdrawal.
