Been a member of casumo for some years now. Built player level to nearly 100 which I would class a valuable customer. Not with casumo, I logged in other day with free spins available played responsibly and they locked my account and told me account was getting looked into. Today I've had account restricted of any bonuses after years of playing. Chat told me they can't tell me any more and all free spins no not playable and my player level no longer running. Very unhappy with how I've been treated and will now be going to use alternative casino. Looking at other reviews Im not surprised. Please don't reply to this message saying contact support I already have with no luck at all and no explanation
