Casinia Casino — player complaint #14877, 2026-07-14: withheld payouts

The player from Chile reported that he had his withdrawals blocked by Casinia Casino for over six weeks despite having met all verification requirements. He had submitted multiple documents but continued to face repeated rejections and had lost access to the verification system, which prevented him from resolving the issue. The Complaints Team successfully facilitated communication with the casino, which led to the verification of the player's account and the unblocking of withdrawals. The player confirmed that he had since withdrawn a total of 7,225,000 CLP without further issues. Later on, the case has been reopeend as multiple issues with payment methods, additional verification and change in withdrawal amounts ensued. Ultimately, the player has stopped responding to our messages, which lead to the case being closed as rejected.
