Casimba - Withdrawal

I deposited $400 and received $1000 bonus funds i wagered $12 dollars a spin winning $30,000 in total it woudlnt let me cash out until I met the wager bonus requirements witch were met when I played down to $16,000 than I tried to withdraw the $16,000 and they asked for verification I gave them documents needed then they have sent me a email saying all my winnings are being confiscated due to betting higher than I was allowed I had no knowledge of only bein able to wager $5 a spin during a bonus I accepted I was wagering $12.50 a spin when I’ve won the money why woudlnt they make it so it doesn’t let you wager more than $5 a spin if that’s all your aloud it doesn’t make sense to me that they can jus take all of my winnings when the game let me wager as much as I did I should atleast receive something thank you for hearing me out
