Reason: Delayed payment
Made a withdrawal on October 28. It was stated 1-2 days for the withdrawal to get out of pending status. Now after 4 days, still in pending status. Contacted customer service multiple times to get this resolved without success. Now saying because it's my first withdrawal it will take an additional 1-2 days to get out of pending status, now that time has passed as well and crickets from the casino. No bonus was used for this withdrawal. Please complete the withdrawal.
