Cashed Casino - doesnt want to send my winnings on my bank account

I have been trying to withdraw my winnings from Cashed.com but they reject me for no reason. I have contacted customer service few times and they just say i need to update my Google Chrome and delete cache what i did and they still cancel my withdrawal request for no reason.
